Wonderful

The hotel was very nice and the beds were super comfortable. Went to the hotel for the valencia marathon and they offered a meal the night before which was perfect for the marathon. Breakfast, lunch and Dinner were all very nice and lots of options

The Spa wasn't included which is definitely a downside. It was a private spa when booked which was incredible but it would be great to have a public spa.

A bit disappointing

Decent 4* hotel - nothing brilliant - great pool and decent fitness room - location good

It needs a bit of an upgrade to retain it's rating - all a bit tired now. Very dirty windows (outside). Pathetic - as in really really poor - WiFi - a real let down and needs to be sorted.

short but very nice city trip

Clean rooms and very good location, close to the scientific center and the park around. Polite personnel with good service.

Pool a bit small with little place to sunbath, not enough laying chairs when many guests. We missed a bar and music at the pool. Drinks could be ordered to the pool boy but had to be ordered by phone to the lobby bar.

Great experience

Good breakfast selection. Really great that breakfast was started earlier on the half marathon day!!!

The breakfast Room was without windows. No proper duvet for the bed. It was rather cold with just the sheet

Very Good

Pool was great, good location and staff were excellent.

Needs proper USB ports in the room. The TV has USB but is very slow to charge and you had to have the TV on.

Very Good

Large room with sofa was very comfortable. Pool small but never too busy. Good range of foods at breakfast. Spacious bathroom with nice toiletries and robes.

Location beside park was pleasant but decent walk to any bar or restaurant for eating out. I booked for 3 people (me, my husband and our son). When I arrived the hotel had only reservation details for adults and told me we’d have to pay extra for my son’s breakfast. Thankfully this was sorted out with the hotel but it wasn’t the best start.

Enjoyed Valencia and stayed in lovely hotel in good location

Location of the hotel. Room and bathroom was clean and comfortable.

I had to repeatedly ask for more milk to make tea and coffee. I wanted more so I didn't have to keep asking. They only ever left 2 milks in the room which was not enough.

What a let-down!!

The man at the check in desk was very friendly when I arrived, then the next morning the older reception worker had a bad attitude, not friendly or polite. Amazing!! I had the junior suite and the bed was very comfortable.

For a five star hotel the amenities and things available are virtually the same as all the 3 and 4 star hotels. When I arrived in my taxes it was raining yet nobody came out to help me with my luggage nor to keep me from getting wet, at no point of tool was I helped with my luggage. Despite booking a junior suite at the cost you can imagine for a five-star hotel the only courtesy drinks, well one bottle of water, small, and your typical tea and coffee which you would get in any holiday Inn. The setup they have for the shower gel and the soap for your hands is not the most comfortable to use, I will add photographs. The dressing gowns are for midgets as well as the slippers, the toothbrushes that are complimentary are the worst quality I have seen in a long time and that is not exaggerating. The TV didn't have hardly any channels and ended up just watching Sky news. There is no explanation or any tips on how to connect to the Wi-Fi , where to find the spa, how to book a massage... My politely requested a late check out to which they told me it would be 50 euros, only to tell me later that it was 100 as I was in a junior suite. The minibar was very poorly equipped and the towels were not soft for a five-star hotel. The first window I opened was broken which I didn't realize until I tried the other one, that had a security lock on it. As I had initially wondered how they could have a window that you could push forward and it could spin all the way around with enough power to hit you and knock you out from the fifth floor. As a full tailed year old adult I can handle it but my 8-year-old son who is quite adventurous could have quite a disastrous ending with a hazard like that. I opted for the late check out and it was the same from 2:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m. so I said 4:00 p.m. only to find out when I was leaving I could stay until the time I had checked in on the initial day, not that anybody had bothered telling me that.

Good for a weekend city break

Very good breakfast - particularly the cooked to order omelettes and the wide variety of foods on offer. Very comfortable room, with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The rooftop pool area (when not busy) was an ideal place to relax in 30+degree weather. Good location for getting to the old town and the local restaurant options.

The food in the rooftop terrace was really not good enough for a hotel with a Spanish 5 star rating. Generally service orientation is not this hotel's strength.
